To demonstrate their culinary skills to the world, 70 opera stars from 28 countries got themselves in a great mood and chopped, quartered, mixed, kneaded, and stirred, turning red or white meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, marzipan and chocolate into their deliciously smelling favourite dishes.
The result is a cookbook with more than 700 pictures, 70 very personal, handwritten recipes in the opera stars‘ native language, answers revealing their eating habits and kitchen secrets, funny snapshots, joyful moments of culinary creation, and wine recommendations from the world’s best winemakers for each recipe.
